We do not allow subletting of our apartments. However, we do offer lease transfer options in certain circumstances.

The monthly rent includes the cost of rent, as well as access to community amenities. 

Utilities are NOT included in the monthly rent.

Water, sewage, and trash is added to the monthly rent as follows:

• $36/month (for 1-bedroom apartments)
• $49/month (for 2-bedroom apartments)

Gas and electricity must be held in the tenant's name.

Yes, we offer furnished apartments with short-term rental leases ranging from just two days up to one year.

Yes, there is a one-time pet deposit fee of $250 per pet.

Yes, there is a monthly pet rent of $15/month per pet.

We are located within the IPS School District.

Tenants can pay their monthly rental charges through the resident portal online (e-check, debit/credit card) or by Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.

Yes, there is free gated parking with digital access for all tenants.

We also offer our tenants carport(s), garage space(s), and/or storage space(s). These have limited availability and cost $40/month.

Tenants can report maintenance issues or after-hours emergency maintenance issues easily online by logging into the resident portal on the Resident Access page.
